Metal Refinery is a Refinement Building, which serves the purpose of turning Metal Ore into Refined Metal, as well as producing alloys. It produces a lot of heat, and dumps part of it into coolant liquid. A Metal Refinery requires a Liquid Intake and Output Pipes, 400 kg of Liquid as a coolant (stores 800 kg, and can accept 400 more while the task is scheduled), Duplicant operation, and 1.2 kW.

Have the pipe from the redo our to the right side of the zigzag be in the hotbox to reduce leakage, not below it. Insulate the pipes carrying 95C water from the turbines into the box. This systems automation is really clever and aesthetically looks great too. This is an amazing self contained metal refinery. That being said, I personally prefer to simply delete the heat from hot oil created by the metal refinery by hooking it up to my oil refinery with a liquid element sensor so that any time the metal refinery is outputting hot oil the oil refinery prioritizes consuming.

For oil refinery - if you really want to use it (heating oil to 400C is much more efficient way to convert oil to petroleum) you can place it near oil well, oil coming out of it will be enough to keep refinery from overheating.
